My mission is quite simple; to create a happier, lifestyle balance for my clients because life shouldn’t be a struggle. We all deserve the freedom to do more of what we love, and love what we do.
With a wealth of experience, spanning three decades, I have supported Directors and Executives across multiple business sectors. My work has helped them to find more time in each day, relieving some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads, and saving them time and money by improving efficiency.
I am a Fellow of Executive and Personal Assistant Association (EPAA) which pays testament to my experience.
I am also extremely proud to be a committee member of the BBOPA Network (Bucks, Berks and Oxon PA Network), led by the amazing Sarah Howson. A networking group where Executive, Personal and Virtual Assistants are able to support one another, sharing experiences and expertises.
My career began as a Director's Assistant and I soon progressed to a Sales Executive, with an international company, before having my son and then returning to work as a PA. In 2001 I set up a catering company, which I successfully ran for 7 years, until my son became seriously ill and I was unable to continue.
I returned to employment, for local government, supporting 3 departments but after 4 years and a restructure I was made redundant. My personal circumstances also changed and I was now a single mum with a very sick child. I worked three part time jobs and at no time were my organisational and time management skills needed more.
I was then head hunted by a local independent school where I was responsible for the school's extra curricular activities and the administration of the Sports Department. Several years later an opening in forensics came my way and, although it meant a large salary drop, this was a dream opportunity. After a couple of years a change in working conditions saw me back working as an Executive Assistant.
In 2018 I lost my son and it made me sit up and take notice of how precious time is.
Working as an EA I could see first hand the need families have for administrative support in the home where the principle works long hours and has little free time.
My extensive experience enables me to offer support to individuals, couples or families, based in the Oxfordshire area to help improve their work/life balance. Assisting in managing their home life and taking on the stress while they relax in the knowledge they are in safe hands.
Trustworthy, organised and efficient with an understanding of protocol and I am able to offer the highest level of discretion, confidentiality and tact. You will soon find out that I go above and beyond to get the job done.
Support can be provided either remotely or in person. My working styles are flexible as I appreciate that for some people it is easier for them to interact face-to-face.
