Gilly is absolutely amazing! We moved as a family from overseas to the UK in 2021 and right from the start she was there to help up with literally everything (helping us find an Airbnb, then a house rental, schooling for my kids, organizing the removals company, orchestrating the move, etc.). She is incredibly pro-active and identifies potential issues way before they even occur and she is super responsive (really 24/7) – when my son fell and we needed to go to the hospital on the weekend, she was there to guide us to the best place – when we had a water leakage in the house, she came and organised the plumber on the same day…she is absolutely brilliant and always looks for the best solution. Her customer orientation is superb and we trusted her more than 100% - and enjoyed every minute we interacted with her.
Unfortunately, we move back to Switzerland last year and could not take her with us – still trying to convince her to move but without success so far…!
